Return period: You can return products of suitable quality for free within 365 days.
The returned product must meet the return conditions.
Step 1 Log in to your customer account:
Method 1
– If you are a registered customer, log in to your account using your existing credentials.
Method 2 – If you are an unregistered customer, you can return the product without registration (you can access your account via the order confirmation email you received after placing the order), or
Method 3 – If you are an unregistered customer, you can register.
Step 2 Go to the "My Orders" section, where you will see the list of purchased items.
Step 3 Select the relevant order and find the item you are returning. Click the "Return Item" button underneath it. Then, follow the instructions to complete the process.

What will happen after the return?

The money will be refunded to your account within 10 business days from the moment we receive the item. You will receive an automatic email informing you about this.

IMPORTANT: If you chose to pay by Cash on Delivery or by bank card, the paid 0.99 EUR COD fee will not be refunded.

ATTENTION! - Please pack the returned item in packaging suitable for shipping/transportation to ensure the item and its original packaging are not damaged during transport.

IMPORTANT: Please note that while the returned item is in transit, the sender is responsible for its safe transportation. Therefore, we kindly ask you to pack the item in shipping packaging to ensure the item and its packaging arrive undamaged.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn;
  • Undamaged;
  • With intact tags and protective films;
  • With preserved consumable properties;
  • In their original condition and suitable for further sale;
  • In their original undamaged packaging;
  • Packed in packaging suitable for shipping/transportation

Items will not be accepted for return if they do not meet the conditions listed above.

Return of defective items

Warranty: We provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for all items.

How to return?

  • If you received a defective item or if a manufacturing defect appears within 2 years, we will refund your money within 10 business days of receiving the item in our warehouse.

 

What to do if the item is defective?

  • Log in to your account;
  • Find the order/item and click "Return";
  • Select "DEFECT" as the reason;
  • After receiving the item, we will evaluate it and make a decision.

When the quality warranty does not apply?

  • In case of mechanical damage (e.g., broken straps, laces, or other decorations; tearing of solid materials, textile damage, etc.)
  • In case of natural wear and tear (worn-out sole, shoe deformation, appearance changes due to personal use; faded color, etc.)
  • In case of changes due to improper care (color changes caused by dirt or other stains; changes in the structure of leather or other natural materials, etc.)
  • For flashing LED components
  • For insoles, soles, and laces
  • Adhesive strips have a 12-month warranty.

Want to exchange an item purchased online?

Exchanges are not possible. Please return the item using the methods mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.

Complaint/Dispute Resolution and the ODR Platform

To submit a complaint, the customer must contact UAB Open24 directly by filling out a form on the website www.open24.lt hrough their account or by sending information via email to  klientams@open24.lt.
