Who will deliver your order from www.open24.lt?

Now you can choose not only fast, but also convenient type of delivery: delivery to the nearest postal service terminal or to your home or office by courier.

When will you receive your order?

We will deliver your order in Lithuania in 1-2 business days.

If you place your order before 2 p.m., you will receive it already on the next business day, if you place your order after 2 p.m., your goods will be delivered to you a business day after that.

Shipping at DPD PickUp point 

Withdrawal of the ordered goods at DPD Pickup – take back your order with your goods when it‘s best for you at your chosen Pickup point. Pickup points can be found at a various service centers, shops and other places, that people often go to. Chose the Pickup point, that is most convenient for you.

Orders are shipped in 1-2 working days at your chosen Pickup  point.

When your order will be shipped to the Pickup point – you will get a text message.

You will have up to 7 days to take back your order from a Pickup point. If you don‘t pick up your order – it will be returned to the salesman.

When you want to take your order from a Pickup point, you will have to have your ID or driver's license, because orders are given back just to that person, whose name is written on the package.

If while taking your order you will notice that your package is damaged, immediately report this to the courier, that shipped your order or to the Pick up point worker and ask him to write down package defect act. If you accept your order and sign on a shipping form without any complains, it means, that order has been shipped successfully.

Delivery to OMNIVA postal service terminals 

OMNIVA postal service is a convenient and simple way of delivery, because you will be able to take your package any time of the day.Whenever the package is delivered to the postal service terminal of your choice, you will receive a text message by SMS and e-mail.

IMPORTANT! Indicate your exact phone number and e-mail, because all the package delivery information will be sent namely to your phone.

You can take your package from OMNIVA terminal any time of the day in 3 calendar days from receiving the SMS or e-mail.

If you were unable to take your package in 3 calendar days, OMNIVA will send you a reminder about your package. If you do not take your package in 7 calendar days, the package will be returned to us.

 In order to take your package from OMNIVA postal service terminal you will have to do the following: 

  1. Come to the postal service terminal indicated in the text message;
  2. Touch the screen of the terminal, choose your language and press "Take the delivery";
  3. If you have chosen to pay after the delivery, follow further instructions on the screen and pay for the goods from Open24 by bank card. NOTE: the payment terminal is below the screen of the postal service terminal;
  4. After making the payment, follow the instructions on the screen;
  5. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to you by SMS or e-mail;
  6. After the door of the terminal opens, take your package and close the door;
  7. In order to receive a receipt of the delivery, press "YES" on the screen.

Delivery by DPD courier in the entire territory of Lithuania 

A DPD courier will deliver you package directly to you at your indicated address: to your office, home, etc.

Clients in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Utena can choose delivery time:

  1. from 08.00 to 14.00;
  2. from 14.00 to18.00;
  3. from 18.00 to 22.00;

In other places delivery hours are from 8:00 to 18:00.

The DPD courier will inform you about the delivery by phone.

If you have chosen to pay in cash, during the delivery of your package at the address that you have indicated, you will be able to pay the DPD courier in cash. If possible, please have the exact amount indicated on the invoice (with no return).

We would like to inform you that the courier delivering your package will not wait for you to look through/try on your purchases.

Important! When accepting your package from the DPD courier or taking it from the OMNIVA postal service terminal, make sure that the package or the goods were not damaged. In case they were damaged, make a note on the delivery document and/or inform us by e-mail klientams@open24.lt
